MC Products warrants to repair, replace, or at our option, refund the
purchase price of any item manufactured and sold by us that does
not conform to our specifications or is defective in material or
workmanship.

This warranty extends for two years from the date of delivery.

Any unauthorized opening, repair or replacement of the
non-conforming item or failure to follow installation or maintenance
instructions or other misuse of the product shall void this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY STATES THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF
MC PRODUCTS. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR FROM ANY
NONCONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
MERCHANTABILITY, OR WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE
OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE ARE HEREBY MADE AND
SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
