Display

Analog Gauge displays the water available in the water tank as a % of full.
LCD Display shows either Gallons Remaining, Flow Rate in GPM, or Time Remaining in
Minutes
& Seconds.
2 LED’s change color from Green through Amber, then Red as tank empties

Multi-tank systems feature a row of push buttons allowing selection of secondary tanks to be
monitored.

Display module is housed in a 4 1/4” square, front mounted, weather proof case.

Sensor

Ultrasonic technology is used to determine fluid levels. A unique wave guide design allows
monitoring almost any shape of tank and compensates for truck level as well as sloshing of
tank
fluid.
Wave guide can be factory or field sized
Sensors can be electronically tagged for multi-tank systems
Sensing range 2” to 96” with unlimited set points available
Accuracy +/- 1% of level being measured
2” NPT Male connection to tank or a 4 bolt flange is available as an option
Sensor housing with 2” NPT connection is 1 1/4” above top of tank

Calibration

Factory calibrated
Field calibrated using MC’s supplied, windows based computer program.
All calibrations, levels and alarms, are volume based providing the most accurate information
available.
