SPECIFICATION: TANK LEVEL GAUGE
SERIES 500 WATER


The apparatus shall be equipped with a MC Tank Level Gauge for monitoring levels in water
tanks. Levels to be indicated by color-coded lights showing ¼ intervals. A 4 color LED shall
indicate tank level when ignition is turned off. Bezel will have an integral label showing
capacity in gallons or liters of the tank being monitored.

Tank level gauge system shall include:

1) One (1) sensor to be constructed of stainless steel and sized to the depth and
configuration of the tank (measures volume) with a Noryl flange and a 1ft. cable
ending in a 6-pin Deutsch connector

2) One (1) control cable used to connect sensor to display will be 5 conductor, 20 awg,
PVC covered 11 ft. long having RFI shield and 6-pin Deutsch connectors.

3) One (1) display to have either 4 or 5 lights (specify number), incandescent (standard)
or LED lamps (specify type) with colored lens (blue, green, amber, and red) to
indicate levels in ¼ increments and a 1ft. cable ending in a 6-pin Deutsch connector.
A 4 color LED will indicate water level when ignition is turned off. Capacity of the
tank shall be displayed in either gallons or liters (must specify). Remote displays,
audible alarms and output to control large remote lights shall be an option.
